About	A revisit to the Ministry of Information, Communications and The Arts (MITA) building, Singapore yielded this photo-opportunity: the disparity in the automatic lighting timers for the interior of the building created this situation where the left windows were lit while the rest remained in darkness. All that remained was for me to compose and take the picture :)

Steven: this shot was taken in the evening near dusk, so there wasn't much of sun, cloud cover or not :) The main idea lies more with the contrast of the lighted windows versus the unlit ones.

hello! i know this place! finally found a fellow singaporean shutterbug here! I like the idea, but i would like to try waiting for better time with the sun out of cloud cover....looks a little flat, and dull lighting esp on the building walls. What time was this taken?

however the shadows caused by the irregular protruding floors gives it a more 3-D feel.
