About well.... intention here (if the design behind is worth reasoning)is to give the public(cute-looking-friendly-noticeable-animal/bird characters in) dustbins to motivate them to keep their city/area clean. But for some reason, whenever I see on of them on streets... strongly find them leaving some not-very-environment/wildlife-friendly message to kids specially.
Would be interesting to know how viewers see this photograph. thnx!
