This is brilliant, excellent composition and the about so very interesting... Can only imagine the beauty sprinkled along the shore... What a great walk that would be, finding those special agates to hold...:)))
That sea is stunning with the rolling waves, beautiful sky... This has everything from the mountains to the sea...:)))

Yes Annemette- that furthest highest mountain since it is almost 1300 ft. and a few miles up is the 'ONE' I take the most images from and refer to as Cascade Head... From that POV I can see both north and south....
from the top of that one:) Good eye my friend - I think maybe you could come here and find your way around well :))

I would love to walk there both due to the scenery, the fresh ocean and all the fossils! In Greenland once I spent a day out in nature collecting fossils:-)
Lovely colours. The hills in the BG - are those the ones you often stand and take photos from?

Hi Liz, Thank You for the wonderful comments my dear.... I am very lucky to live in such a beautiful area to photogrph--I have several rivers within a few miles of me, mountains as you can see from this image to climb for better views, lakes, streams, and this gorgeous Pacific ocean.... it does rain a lot here, but then this is why it is soooo green and so pretty .... I know being surrounded by all of this beauty has helped me become a better phototgrapher- or at least a more popular one -LOL ...just because it is interesting to view other parts of the world right?

Great shot, beautiful beach with nice texture (about all these rocks ans shells) and fantastic colors (especialy the sand and the weat part) I also like the fog like effect at the background because of the wildness of the wind. Very good that point!

WOW...excellent seascape shot dear Michele!!Great light and depth.Wonderful colors and details.I can hear almost the noise from the water and I think it would be nice to collect these agates on this beach.If I lived there I would do all day a walk with Sam along these beautiful beach!!!I envy you!!!!!!!!!

Hi Iman--- The treasure to some people are the agates ( stones) they find in the sand.... they are not of high finanacial value, but to others they collect them and they are emotional annd memory treasures of a special day .... High quality agates are made into rings quite often - so I call them 'treasures' :))

Very beautiful scene very well captured Michele. Excellent composition, great waves breaking on shore, mist along the shore, the sand and pebble beach in the foreground is excellent with the slight reflection on the wet area on the left. A very attractive and taken land and sea scape my friend.
