Thanks Alicia, they have just arrived in this area after spending the winter in the southern United States, maybe Florida. They will be fixing up the nest and in a few weeks hopefully they will have young ones to look after. Every so often I will take more shots to let you know how things are going with their family. Thanks very much Robbie, actually a moment before this shot was taken she had briefly landed on the back of her mate. Here is a shot of that. Obviously my pressence was upsetting her. They both left the nest and I took off. This nesting box is right beside a fairly well travelled paved road. I was standing in the middle of the road when I took most of the images. Regards, Joe
