If you get a polerizer now (in anticipation) you can just hold it over your little lens. That what I've been doing (because I have a polarizer from my film days--Cokin professional system is the way to go).

I must buy a pol. filter when I get a DSRL at some time. THanks a lot for the advice! The light was bright there as in Greenland because of the chalk, water and strong sun. Wonderful place.

Yeah, there is a lot of light to contend with for this shot. So much white for the light to bounce off of. A polarizer and a medium density filter would have helped a lot. Once you were to get that light level under control I think the final shot would not need much (or any) color work.

Thank you very much, Jorge. Your suggestion is much better. I did notice this blue in blue colour and although it was rather bluish outthere the exposure emphasized it too much. Thanks for taking the time to improve it:-)

I liked this pic, but i think that there is an dominant blue colour that i would correct . Just for fun, i made a small exposure, under MY personal taste only :)
