Great 'official' portrait, Paul. You were able to bring out the true personality in her. You were also able to make her feel relaxed for the shoot. BTW, what are Alien Bees???
Yeah, there was more in the desk reflection, but not her whole face, so I decided to crop it there.
My suggestion for her to was to wear a pastel to shoot in front of the black crystal artwork, but I think she's one of those women who wear two colors: black...and a darker black. :)
Best news of all is that Bravo magazine's editors are ecstatic with my shots!
Great work on the exposure - not so easy with what she's wearing, well done. I always ask people not to wear solid black or white :) My eye goes to the reflection of your light on the glass behind her though. Looks like you could have used the desk reflection a little more too?
