I must agree with Charles, this image immediately reminds me of one of my passions, Leeteg and Velvet painting. All thats missing for my money is the dark visage of a sacred Tiki hiding somewhere deep in the shadows. Definately one to be proud of and this comes from a *real* noctambulist!

I think this is just superb ! A little bit more nuances in the tones would be nice - to prevent it from becoming muddy, but it is still great !

I really like the look to this one as well. I've decided that I tend to like the darker images that make you look deeper into the photo and really take a good look. Was the palm tree lit by a flash? It is a nice effect, as it makes your eye stop and focus.
