I like the way you've composed this image: the horizon is way up high in the photo, and there are the rocks to fill in the foreground at the bottom. With most of those rocks, you can see parts of them underwater, but there's one that seems to be floating in mid-air - that is a bit distracting (to me, anyway). Also, those on the right of the image are cut off by the edge. Perhaps selecting a slightly different position to shoot from would result in an even better photo.
