In fact it was not as late as it seems to be on the photo, and this is why the lights of the town were not on yet. I simply did the same like with "When shadows show the way", but here I moved 1 whole EV down, and so only the highly energetic blue/violett photons were able to tranfer their energy on film, while the others couldn't. This is one photo out of a a series of 5, and I found it interesting, since it has quite the same coloring as "Evening and lights", which I shot much later but without lowering EV.
So it seems that it is possible to simulate different times of the day only with camera/lens.
