About	Another try to make it look painting-like. This time it has been a triple exposition with a bit of soft focus and small differences in viewing angle from one shot to the next. Concentrating to the plant and the flowers in the foreground shows that it could be the right direction for impressionistic look. The trees and sky of the background are more similar to naive/coarse oil painting. It could be that the greater differences of viewing angle (parallax) at the front generate a somewhat impressionistic look, while the smaller changes at the background make it look more naive/coarse oil painting. The building in the middleground is not appealing however. Still working on this, but what do you think?

Yes, the background doesn't really fit. So let's get rid of it and look only at the plant itself. I cropped the photo and used gaussian on the remaining backgroud. It is still too blurry but what about the composition itself?

Well, I must admit that I think that the photo is a tad too blurry also as a paintinglike photo. I also think that I would choose another background for a paintinglike photo, but that´s just my opinion:-) I like that you play so much with the different techniques. Keep it up!
