Good effort. The exposure is perfect. But the image seems to be a crop from an image which had, originally, many more things in it. Correct me if I am wrong. Some negative sides are:
1. The ear should have been in the frame.
2. Yes, too tightly crop so there is no breething space - the eyes get irritated if they need to pick up details from every portion of a photo - so keeping some empty space would have helped the eye in enjoying the photo more.
3. Size - it is too small for my taste.
