Wow!!! Thank You Doyle ... I couldn't ask for more than this in an honest and detailed critique.... beleive me I do appreciate it so very much. UF is my main support here on my late in life craze... My family just thinks I am still NUTS and always will be ... If you can Be the King Of Cool , I can be both Nuts and a decent photographer !!!!!!
Always appreciate your time and explanations ... Thank You ( again) Michele~

This is wonderful work Michele! Truly golden colors and the composition with the yin / yang of the water and beach is nearly perfect. Great idea to concentrate on the water and land . . . skipping the sky (which is, I'd guess, reflected in the water anyway).
These are tough exposure shots for sure . . . super bright tones near very dark tones. And it does get a little bright in the left rear of the shot (water surface sun reflection). This is a lovely shot all-in-all though . . . giving the viewer a sense of the golden morning light and warmth from the sun . . . Nicely done!
Regards, Doyle I <~~~~~

let me be the first to compliment you on the wonderful curves the water makes and the beautiful reflection of the sun in the water. indeed, it has a great color, it may be a little too bright, but that is the difficulty of these morning shots, while everything is still a bit dark, the sun is already real bright. But a great effort from you, choosing it to capture indirectly. All the best! Marco.
