One more in my Berlin series.The memorial to the holocaust, which was completed just over a year ago, is just around the corner from the Brandenburg Gate. It's a large,solemn,maze-like space in which every block of stone is of a different size.This was taken in the late evening when tourists were thinner on the ground.
