I believe that the tourists didn't even left their hotels since it is 5:30 on the photo. It is one of those which I shot last year on my daily way to work. (Oh Mann, waking up at 4:30 can kill you! ;-))

Thank you very much, Miss. UAE. It has been the bright light at the left that cheated the camera so that the photo is slightly underexpose, resulting in the redish warm lighting of the street. I made one light metering at that light and shot the street without changing aperture/exposition time.
