This group of flamingos was in a shallow pool in the channel of a river, while the group in the background where in the main part of the lake.

wow, that is a LOT of Flamingos. Your angle almost makes in abstract-like. It looks like they go on for infinity. With the additional water line at the upper portion of the photo, it almost looks like this lake was on a hill.

As for the eagle...you should know by my vulture shots that raptors take priority over all other birds.

Amazing dof Ed,
No one but thousands of Flamingos.
Sometimes I seat and wait hours literally to photograph one of my birds and here you cannot decide which one to choose.
I wonder what would happen if an eagle shows up!!!
