I like this lighting, and colours are amazing....Yes the lighthouse is centered, but this symmetry don't disturb me...:-)

Time to play devil's advocate here it seems.
Colour contrast is indeed very nice, the theme fitting.
But the composition needs work. Move the lighthouse away from the center, it doesn't belong there. Move it towards the right edge at least a third of the way, possibly more.
That means shift the location of the photographer right by pivoting around the palmtrees in the front.
Also, at f/22 and with a tripod, the overall picture should have been sharper, even with the wind that's clearly blowing.

Nice burst of green that really compliments the red of the roofs. Great composition using the Palms as a frame for the lighthouse. I also like the breakwater above the lighthouse, but may be tempted to crop a touch from the top down to the first breakwater.
