Great capture of this guy in flight! Be careful of the sugar water . . . you may get more interest from the bees than they get from you! :)

Thanks Kathy I appreciate the comments, I think #3 is the one I like the best. I was walking along the lake yesterday and there are a bunch of these yellow flowers growing and I started shooting the bees.

Hi Kenneth, i like this shot the best out of your series. I've been trying to pull one of these myself. I think something that can help is to use a flash to actually stop the bee in flight and also get enough aperture to keep him sharp. I also read about using water with sugar in an atomizer... Great shot !
