Bill your VR work only with a shutter speed higher then 1/80 below that used a tripod
for this pivture the shutter speed was 1/160 and the apperture F/6.3 I hope this will help you!

Hey John,
I really like this, what sutter speed did you use to get this so clear. I'm having trouble with a little fuzzyness in some of my shots at full focal lenght. Got any tips for using that VR lens?
