Thank you so much, Doyle! It has always been a great attraction to me, the water. I assume, this is due to my youth - almost grew up not by but... in the sea! :-)

Best regards,
Nick

Doyle, great bthanks for the as always detailed comment, that I really appreciate.

The distraction is... just for distracting, in the sense of giving the impression that the observer stands here, and the church is.. over there somewhere. An unaesthetical object that gets its meaning from the fact of making it possible to "feel" depth, as you already said.

But not only this! Both objects come from old times and this (IMHO) enahnces the "historical" part of it - whitnessing the old days, so to speak.

Many many thanks and best regards,
Nick

¡Grandes gracias por el comentario wondeful, Alicia!

La iglesia está en Alfalfa cerca del agua. Un gran motivo para capturar, pienso. ¡Soy así que alegre tienes gusto de esto!

Nick:
I cannot imagine why you would not step to the right to remove that image on the left. The church is lovely, so why would you have chosen (and I'm sure you made this decision . . . you don't have 'accidents') to leave that distraction IN? The capture and subject are good . . . the "Distraction" does (I admit) give a sense of depth but (In my humble opinion) it is not worth distracting from the lovely, fairy-tale image you are presenting.

Doyle I <~~~~~
