Well, Jessie, if you like this kind of shot I have a LOT of them. I usually use a fisheye lens, correcting the distortion where it looks too gimmicky, to get the very wide angles you need close-in to the subject like this. Otherwise I use a standard 20 or 21mm lens. (That's on standard 35mm format film, of course.)

Really cool shot, this one really works well in color, since it's so varied and textured. Jonathan.

Well, if you make it and need a guide I will be pleased to help, at least around Tokyo.

Hi, Paulo. Good to know you are back in action. I look forward to some awesome panoramas... as you can see, I've been busy stitching away and am getting slightly better results these days.

Hello Roger,
nice shot! As you say it is a difficult light, but you managed to get the exposure right. I really like the wide angle perspective, creates a feeling of being there.(I almost feel a urge to buy something from that market :) ).
Best regards, Paulo P.S.-Been away for a while, but I'll start posting again soon!

Love the "messy" content of this shot...sometime we just spend too long composing a shot when all we need to do is point and shoot....good one, Roger
