This is such a fantastic photograph, Jiri. The colors, composition, and clarity are amazing. A bonus for me is that it very much reminds me of an illustration from a children's book I had growing up. It gives me a warm feeling. Thank you. And congratulations on your award, which I think you would deserve even if the photo didn't bring back memories for me. Well done!!

So i think staff choice for the reason of perfection, perfect lighting for this photo gives it the only possible mood that fits... also i like the graffiti on the left hand side as it seems to add balance for the sky on the right.

This really captures the atmosphere of a suburban London tube station. The light is unusual, and I wonder if those colours aren't a little exaggerated, but the rainbow is great.

I love the way the rains lead the eyes to the end of the scene where the rainbow finishes the spectacular work. your angle view caught interesting various of elements which all helped each other to produce such outstanding work.
