About When I starting walking to shed pounds 1 year ago I found the old cemeteries were the most peaceful and safe. I found myself walking for hours reading head stones. I am not ashamed to say many times I shed some tears reading the poems and letters scripted. In case your wondering I lost 90 pounds and still walk often reading old head stones.
