oh, alright, it's not an office in the strict sense. It's more like a table put out in the street with people walking by.
(an estate is what the likes of me call a road and a car park with offices and factory production areas all stacked. It's not a finca-style setup, which may be what you instinctively assumed)

Me, I generally have studs and a floppy hat, a long cloak (with reflectors on it to be seen better in traffic during those long dark winter nights), and I just got a new plague-resistant ducking stool from IKEA. (Only 14.99 EUR - a bargain really! I converted mine for peaceful pursuits, of course, holding apples, carrots and potatoes.)
Obviously, when you go and visit customers, you put shoes on, otherwise you tend to find that your customers do not take you seriously.

Another Eastern European tradition that has wandered further and further west with every new internecine war: bung flowers and plants everywhere there is space. Brightens up a table no end.
