About Study on the shapes. Simple arrangement with potato, egg and a reflector. Camera on the tripod. Get the reflected light to get the shadow show as bowling pin or bottle shaped. Had lot fun with this project. Hope you enjoy this.

Elangovan! it may be a fun project for you, but I appriciate idea's originalty. May be simple, but unique and fantastic. Fabric texture (in back ground) is adding more impression for the object.

Ha... guess what... its ironed, thats why there are very less (couple of) wrinkles... :)

Thanks Matej for noting and commenting things on the subject. It was certainly a fun project for me.

Hi Elangs, it's nice to see your new work. I can imagine the fun you had creating this photo. Carving a hole into a potato to accomodate an egg is already something that one doesn't see so often, and the idea of the pin-shaped shadow really drives the originality home.

A thought about the composition: how would this look if the shadow were given slightly more breathing space near the bottom edge of the frame?

Now comes the harsh criticism part ;-) While I like the soft texture of the fabric, there's a couple of creases that draw the eye, especially near the upper left corner, and also just behind the left edge of the egg. Time for you to do some ironing :-)
