Is this the front part of the building in your "B&W Study"?
What a wonderful composition love the tones and contrast... It is a shame it is going to be demolished... I could tell by the look of it that it if full of history...

I love the character in this King Edward Hotel. The one in Toronto is very grand but it is not the "home of the blues". Well done.
