Fully agree with Fabrice Dear Friend, this is a diffucult shot, very well done. Really, the light on the maistro' face is gerat, while he himself is not sharp...exccellent work.

Wow, not easy to succeed to capture such picture with such a weak light. The 1600 iso of Canon works well :)!!
This nicely crop, and well seen, with the light on the chief of orchestra.
