About The Alhambra in Granada is a wonderful place. At some point, I just simply put the camera back into my backpack and took the place in. I was looking at the intricate architecture and works when I notice the lighting here. Last picture I took of the place and the camera went right back in the bag! :)

I know the feeling Jeanette. You want to spend hours shooting the place, it's fantastic. You are right, it was getting to be later afternoon here. -- RD

It's an incredible place PEtal, You're very correct, it is the Patio de los leones. I have a couple more shots of this patio in my portfolio. Actually I didn't take a zillion shots, I took two and a half GAZILLION pictures :) but at some point I realized I wasn't really admiring and looking at the place, so I had to hide the camera. thanks for your comment -- RD

Thanks Cheryl, actually it's fun to travel :) I haven't gotten tires even though I have missed a great deal regarding a family life. I guess, the grass is always greener on the other side, but you still have to mow it ;):):)- R

Isn't that place just 'to die for'!!! It's almost a shame to take photo's, because you're looking at your viewscreen/through your viewfinder all the time and missing the 'broad picture' that way.... but on the other hand... how can you resist not to take (a zillion) photo's.... ;-D!!! Wonderful shot (of the lions patio I think...), indeed super lighting, great detail and view/composition.... well captured!!!

Rafael - you kill me with your photos. I am dying to travel the world and get so much from the shots of you very lucky people. You captured the delicate archetecture so well with the light hitting it just so. I am in LOVE with this kind of building work - a true craftsman worked hard to achieve this and you did it justice. Great work.
