Hi Sandra,
Nicely lit and captured photo - the reflections really make it quite something. There's somwething that I can't quite place that seems to spoil the composition a little - I think it might be that the rocks actually lead my eye past the subject and straight into the small slightly distracting lights - which seem to steal the scene away.
One other thing is that the image is rotated slightly anticlockwise - immediately evident on the (off) horizontal line in water but also on the lighthouse itself.
I do like the image though - plase do not be offended by my comments :)

Hi David,
This is Spring Point Lighthouse, in South Portland Maine, It is considered part of Fort Preble, the lighthouse is three storis tall and built and placed in service in 1895, the jetty is made with 3 to 5 tone granet blocks and is 15 feet about the water line at low tide. Its a nice place and there is also a museum there, It is also part of the souther maine community college. While at the point if you look to the left you can see little light/portland break water light and if you look to the right you can see Porltand head light. have a great day, Sandra
