Great shot, James, I've always been a fan of long-shutter creek/falls shots, and this one is no exception. I would have been tempted to keep the shutter open for longer, but I think I would have eliminated the detail in the water that really makes your shot work (overly softened water would have caused conflict in subjects (the detail-less bright water and the finely detailed, darker moss and rocks). The detail left in the water creates a definite subject, and allows the eye to wander when it is ready, and not because it is searching for subject. Again, excellent decision on exposure.

I don't know if 5s will be different than 1s or not, but the result you got is wonderful, i can see the flow as well as the lines of water. the colors are great too, well done
