I thought Vanessa and Nessa were either eidentical twins or the same girl with different names. Both photos are wonderful captures of your daughter, Dan, a very happy child it seems.

Excellent lighting Dan! Apart from the robe's texture and colouring "playing" beautifully with the light, you have captured this in an excellent way as you did not lose the top of her head (being brunette) in the black background. Great lighting on her face.
As for the model :-) it is great to see a smile from Vanessa :-) I love the play of the curls in her hair and the glint in her beautifully shaped eyes.

A lovely photograph. The shiny 'robe' has a range of colour. The smile is childlike but the eyes contain a disconcerting adult certainty.
