Exposure time shows - I think the image aquires a rest and stability similar to old photographs made under similar conditions. Added to that these gorgeous colors! Brilliant /Hansi

Beautiful tones and lighting, John. The colors are almost iridescent.

I am a great fan of window light - real or simulated. This could even be moonlight.

Thanks for your enthusiastic comment on Andiamo.

Peace, Leora

Ooh la la. I know almost nothing about pinhole cameras, but I guess I don't have to, it's the image that counts, not how it's made. And this is a beautiful image. I've tried the Kodak VC film and haven't liked it at all -- perhaps it's made for long-exposure pinhole camera pictures? In this picture the supersaturated colour shimmers with warmth. This is a glorious study of colour!

beautiful piece, john. Really stunning - somehow so vibrant & still both at the same time. The colours work wonderfully here, rich & glorious, enhancing the whole feeling of the photo. Just wonderful.

I like this one the best and I think the colours are really lovely, like matte jewel tones.

The composition is stronger in this one, too. It is obviously more intimate and is more appealing to me.

Your model is very good to stay that still for that long, whenever I pose for my pinholes, I can't keep quite as still as she is.

It's lovely, I hope there are more in this series.
