About	While at the Sandcastle comp I went out on the IB Pier and got a few shots of the local surfers there. shutter 1/1250 sec., Aperture F/3.5, Center Weighted Metering. In Digital Image Pro I duplicated the picture, Applied Gaussian Blur to the background layer, Gradual Transparency (circular) from the outside-in on the top layer. It seemed a bit boring with everything in focus.

Spectacular Andy! The deep blue of the water changing to pale green and fantastic white caps. Superb detail and colours. The framing blur really brings the focus on the intensity of the surfer. Well done.
