Hi Allen, wonderful shot of the hummer, I see what you mean about that extremely fast shutter speed! You've got some great shots in your portfolio! Thanks for your comments! Dave.

very nice shot alan. you really need to be fast to get this type of photo, and the camera as well. these birds obviously beat their wings about as fast as yoiur shutter speed.... that is quick. i havent seen any birds like this in ages (not here in asia anyway).... but would love to have the chance to shoot some photos of them.

Bruce thank you for your kind comments, I will be sure to check out your photos. Due to many mysterious illnesses I havent taken a photo in some time, or much else for that matter. It was nice to see someone looking at these older photos. Thanks again. Alan

Alan, Great stop action...the grainy area just to the left of the feeder near the top is a bit distracting...great color, nice work. Bill

Thank you Dr., it is indeed an honor. I suppose the dog, Rascal, represents another identity of mine, on a good serotonin day. Seriously, I like being on the other end of the camera, so I threw Rascal in there for the time being. I do appreciate your comments, especially from such an accomplished individual. Thank you again, and I hope to see more images from you soon.

As I usually do when first meeting a person on the pages of "Usefilm", I comment on the last photo that person uploaded, the first one I see and it's wonderful, Mr. Orr. I don't understand the reason for letting a (your? dog represent you, but I suppose it gives you the right to see my face. For that purpose allow me to invite you to visit www.drspringmann.com and there you will see a photo of my face anmong other things. Thank you for your comment on my "Mannequin in green". Regards, Dr. Rafael (Rafi) Springmann
