I'm no great fan of spiders, even though many of them have fabulous designs which keep bringing me back to take yet another spider shot. Digital cameras certainly do excel at these macros though.

wow this is indeed killer look. there is a tiny bit blur but i think its not easy getting ni touch with this creature. less time you spend by it the better:) thanks for the comment on my Daddy long leg. i heard bout that poison thing but i don't think that'd work. otherwise one could collect it from a couple of them and inject it to a person and that personn would have to die. i think it has deadly poison for other insects probably.

Karen, thanks for your comment. Im not really attracted to the subject either!And attraction is her game. But one thing photgraphy has taught me is to appreciate the beauty in all of the diverse forms around us. P.S. right after I took the macro, I squished the sucker with a big rock screaming ewww ewwwwww! (just kidding)

Nice macro Alan. I must say I am not very attracted to the subject, but had to comment because it is an excellent macro. Great shallow depth of field.
