Thanks Amanda! Yeah, he was itchy from the grass and not wanting to pose at all! This was one of the preliminary shots to the one of him titled, "Disappointed." I don't remember if I put it on here, but it's in my BP gallery.

Matthew, thank you again for your honest comments. I intentionally put a soft focus on this with a reddish tint because I liked what it did for the colors in the picture and the mood I was trying to convey. However, since you mentioned it, I do realize that my eye is drawn away from his face to that drasted waistband! Perhaps adding a little more blur to the waistband and removiing some of the softness from the eyes will correct that. Thanks again, I really do appreciate it. I'm still a newbie, trying to learn and get better, so I appreciate your honesty. :)

A bit to soft with the focus...the only focal point I can see is his waistband. (Not a good look) ;) However the expression on his face is one of "can we go inside yet" 4/7
