About This is a statue that sits on the top of a rather grand gateway, that's the entrance to a private estate just off the Bere Regis to Wimborne road at Almer. I've always wanted a piotcure of it!!

Chris I have passed this animal many a time, did you observe that it has five (5) legs!
a difficult place to stop to take a picture, nevertheless it is a good one - Dad

A rarity indeed - a three legged stag - the left front leg and the right rear leg have merged, by stepping a few inches either left or right you would have managed to capture a four-legged stag ;-)

Sorry if my comment puzzled you, Chris. My problem is not knowing where you photo artists draw the line. Would it really be OK to add fur texture to the body and horn texture to the antlers and convert the statue into a livin' breathin' stag? Well, why not! But this struck me as so funny I used it as a tease. Actually, Chris, it's not your excellent PS work that bugs me at all, it's the moth-eaten or rat-nibbled borders. (Only, er, teasing, er Chris. Chris? Oh well, it was a beautiful friendship while it lasted...)

And of course the ONE day you could do so you had this fantastic sky as a backdrop. I'm surprised you didn't texturise the statue in PS to give it a more realistic coat and horns. (only teasing, Chris!)
