About Although this image is not technically perfect (it seems to be missing a certain "something" to make it visually interesting) I do like it because it represents the Southwest to me... Vast with railroads and roads that seem to go on forever.

In years past, I made several trips from Texas to Arizona and California on the Southern Pacific 'Sunset Limit' and other trips in the Southwest on the Santa Fe. Very nice picture that brings back memories.

I think this is a very nice shot. Maybe a lower angle to lessen the focus on the sky. Good contrast.
