I don't care what you say, I still think you take fantastic portraits!! The nature photos are wonderful too, it's just that with portraits it's really so difficult to get both that great expression and then at the same time good photo quality, and you always manage to get it both!
Plus, with digital camera you can take 100 photos and 1 might be good, while I know that since you don't shoot digital this photo is not 1 of 100! ;-)
I really enjoy the colours here, and those very beautiful kind of blue eyes! Also the hat looks so cute and funny with that ball on top!
