carissima katia,
children are children as has been said for ages. and this one was a very special one of them. i believe we forget about most of the things we liked when we were children, or even worse, we were made to forget for good behaviour, discipline, for not making extra noise, for not molesting neighbours, what have you. but, we find out much later that the indiscriminate playfulness is the prerequisite of creativity. and then?

dear stefan,
your daughter looks so surprised and calling for attention. cute. and yellow frame as well!
you are right, this is the whole frame. axel was a very wild one and i only had the chance to take him there and then or not at all. the next moment he jumped and was gone.

thank you all for your nice and warm and positive comments
best regards

Isn't it great to be so excited about something so simple :-) I'm guessing from the black lines around the edges that this is more or less the full frame. It is a little tightly framed but somehow I prefer it to having too much air around the face with that expression. It is what is interesting here after all! All the best - S.

I don't know why children love so much coloured glasses, and even if they are cute, it's always a shame not to be able to see then the eyes.
very good capture...I would have just not cropped so closed the face...maybe a little bit more on the top...

I really like the sunglasses in this image....the fact that they are round...and the boy is making a round shape with his mouth is really great...a fine image,Chatlie.
