Here my Choices series is supposed to move on to confront more serious issues. this photo gave me a lot of trouble. first i used a glass of water, and a glass of real whiskey (no i didnt drink it), but they just didnt show up against the black background. so i tried with boittled water and ice tea, which only looked better, it tasted better too. i gave the bottle a shake so that the water had bubbles. when i sorted that out, i had another problem. i dont have proper flashlighting, so i had to use a floodlight, which had this yellowy sort of light. it made everything look rather sick. after much frastration in photoshop, i fixed it up. its not the best photo in the series, but i just hope the point somes across.
thx olga. i agree with you that this image isnt the sharpest. but it was the one i had the most problems with, so the quality isnt exactly what i wanted. but your comment is much appreciated. and the latest usefilm project wastn my idea, but i thought it went with my portfolio well, so i was oine of the first to upload my photos. however, no awards yet. well, ill just have to keep trying.
I like the idea, I like this series, keep up with the good work. Why don't you make the water and whicky sharper?Just an opinion, nothing else!Kisses!I will catch up with your project. You make me THINK !Who knows , maybe the new contest-project in usefilm was your idea after all, you know what I mean!
