As a native Bostonian, this makes me nostalgic. The colors are stunning. Thanks!

Jake, Jose Maria, thank you very much, I love photoshop but this one wasn't manipulated at all. You just have to be there at the right time, the time window is about 15 minutes, winter is better :)

wow, i cant beleive theres no manipulation to this photo, its just great, i have one little nit pick...the clutter on the right with that boat thing, that seems a tad bit distracting, but either way, great image!

Victor, this is one of the best pictures i've seen on this site. You have what it takes to make a great photograph.

I know about this time limit. I've tried to make it 3 times. Missed it once, too cloudy the second two times. My only decent attempt is the photo I posted recently of the ducks(look in my portfolio). I'm so glad to see another Bostonian on the site. Welcome!! Anne :)

Thanks guys. Anne, I think the boats are just green, maybe they look a little bit greener than they are as a result of a long exposure. I think I set it to 5 sec. You can making this kind of picture pretty much every sunny day if you live aroud. The trick is to catch this 10 minutes time window between the end of the sunset and the night.

Beautiful! This a very familiar scene to me but I've never seen it like this. WOW! I've tried to take sunset shots of the Esplanade and have had very little luck. Long exposures are the trick (have to get me a tripod!) The green street lights(?)that light up the boats adds that special touch. Can't wait to see more. Anne :)

Victor -- This is a beautiful image with the reflection and the moon hanging above the city just so. My eye wants to be closer to see more stuff, but I think the colors and composition make this really interesting! Wow! --Jamie
