What a wonderful portrait here and what a great lighitng, I like the grain in this image a lot , it adds a great fine texures to this lovely capture along with all of this amazing contrast and tone, all of the best my friend..

No se como es la historia de este sitio, cuando subi mis dos primeras fotos me dieron el Staff choice y despues el Editor Choice...es algo importante porque todo el mundo visita la foto y la critica...sino las fotos tienen corto camino

It is not that any particular thing happened today. People just see this who may not have seen it before. Then again, it may have appeared briefly on the front page as all award images do from time to time. People can watch recent comments (under the photo critiques column at the top of the page) and see your image each time ANYBODY comments on it . . . nothing more. And, by the way, if you see many defects in it after these last two years you're in a very small minority. It's still beautiful.
