Great view Cernan, that black mountain at the background is of interest, looks like a huge rock. great timing with the bird.
sorry for the delayed response, I am having a problem of compress nerve on cs5 to 7. couldn't stay long in the computer with all the muscle cramping on my shoulder, That shot was taken at a hotel along roxas blvd. with regards to the horizons, that is natural with me, I have a slanted world..

You are right about digital. It gives us a complete freedom. We can shoot frame after frame and experiment.

HI Valery, many thanks for all those lovely comments..I'm from Alberta, Canada and half of the year we have the same winter snow weather. Thanks for the 'genius' comment but I wouldn't go that far as I explain this is just a lucky shot, didn't really have time to prepare and compose this, just an opportunity I saw from afar and hoped to get a decent shot...I guess it paid off.

You have access to wonderful scenery! If I had something similar to this one i wouldnt use landscape software to try to immitate it. Unfortunatly, snow, slush, muddy puddles and grey clouds is all we have the better part of a year.
And you are a genius - to shoot this from a speeding car!

Fantastic landscape with amazing colors and details!Very peaceful and dramatic as well!I was at Banff some years ago,it brings back nice memories.
