I love the colors here - there is a great use of magic light and the wide angle lens. I especially like the location and long exposure.
the lighthouse is just the capstone to a wonderful shot.

A lovely shot. I like the way the image is limited to just two main tones, and how geometric shapes have been found in a natural (albeit human-influenced) environment.

Ach, you've really cracked this one! Wonderful softness in the water, sharpness in the rocks and colour in the sky. I've been trying to achieve something similar for the last few days but have yet to get the right light / wave / tide conditions. What shutter and aperture did you use for this?

This is a beautiful capture. The tide appears to be almost like smoke wafting in amoung the shoreline rocks.
Wonderful exposure, and the DOF of the foreground makes this a winner. A perfect 7.

Hey Clifton -
this is a standout shot for the dreamlike quality from a long exposure. I really like the blue tone - I think it would have been too easy to make this B+W.
The title does the photo justice as well.

Very nice tones and texture. However I think that crop is too "tight". Your composition would be better if it would include more aspects (sky maybe). I think that this would give a beter sense of space in the photograph.

Thank you Giulio. These beautiful Gannets nest on high cliff's and by sitting on top of the cliff I can photograph downwards towards the sea.
