A great and intimate street portrait where light is the point of reference of the whole and the sharpness its opposites. Still the visual message is so strong is so powerfull that no words no description will give us a clear explanation about his condition and the reason for his action...to understand need be there.... Although the contrast is a little high, perhaps in the edit rather than the original I would guess, you captured a beautiful scene, a bit different from the typical flamingos shot with the amazing X of the reflected dominant pelican. Quite impressive timing.
