I think its all about where your eyes "see" very well...
Seeing is alright however when you actually see you get the required results... "beauty is in the eye of the beholder"

Dani,

Thanks for coming and having a look, I took these with very low light using a tripod so I had to use a slow shutter speed, and in this particular shot Robert was holding his guitar upside down (obviously) so there is a very good chance that the guitar has moved, but I was happy because his face is still in focus.

Paul,

Thank you for your kind comment, and yes despite the title he really is very nice ... he's more cheeky than nasty.

Good to see you back Megan!

Heeheehee, in the thumbnail it kinda looks like he's wearing a pirate hat...

Good light, but was there some slight movement?

Megan, I will be a bit harsh on this one. The light blue background is simply disturbing the composition, where the pink colors are not coming out, but are rather, getting mixed up and lost. I wish you used a more darker BG, like black or dark brown, which really enhances the soft colors of the flowers.

Best, always,
Avi

Don't worry Larry, I will have the D80 stashed in my bouquet, there will be photos aplenty!!
The poor 'official' photographer will be baffled as to why the Matron of Honour won't get in front of the camera and insists on standing behind him...click...click...click
