Nice soft effect - like the party setup in the background - makes a person think of the music about to be played!

Nice conversion to B&W. I might consider cropping a bit of the background to show off the subject - great eyes!

David, had to go get a beer for myself after seeing this, made me thirsty! Plus needed to calm my nerves after taking a quick peek at some of your insects! Awesome macros!

You certainly got the "moody" part... wonderful feel to this, lighting is just awesome! Guess I should consider heading out in the bad weather more often!

Great clarity and timing. Colours are really good, only complaint is the spider... rather frightening looking, makes me nervous... maybe I'll be next!

Beautiful mix of colours, but the part I like the best is the way the poppy petals show how transparent they are... just like thin sheets of paper. Very pretty!

Great tone and composition... pretty nice for "not your usual!" A good b&w of flowers is difficult but I really think this is good!

What a wonderful, simple subject. Love the lines of the grass in the back ground, but the two drops of water are the perfect subject and make the photo, nice work Steven!

Wonderful soft focus, which goes beautifully with her smile! For some reason, this photo makes me wonder what she is dreaming or seeing or thinking about... nice capture Claudia!

Nice job of framing the trees with the highway overpass! I would consider cloning out the blurring vehicle?, in the bottom right hand corner, as I find, it takes my eyes away from the subject. Nice work and great B & W contrast!
