I like the changes you've made. The foreground is much improved and the image has great contrast there. The colors are also much more vibrant. Overall a really nice composition and it looks like a place I'd like to be. The one thing I notice is the sky seems a bit burned out in the highlights. Keep the foreground where it is and see if the sky highlights can be tamed back a bit. Very nice image.
