Thanks to everyone.
I used a print of another picture as the background, and put it all in a cardboard box with holes covered with white plastic bags to create "studio light". Quite simple. One shot.

Very good - except its way too dark in the lower half where the flowers are.
I used "shadows/highlights" in PS - wow.
If you dont mind, I'll attach it here. Just tell me. On the other hand, you want it to be that dark?

It isa "Hemiptera Acathosomatidae". In norwegan "Tege". It has just changed its "shell".
Only PSwork is the green background from black.

I use a 100mm/2.8 macro, manual focus on minimum and focusing with the camera, monopod and flash. Patience and good eyes to find the creeps.
