Janet, If we only had those color is L.A. I'd be a very happy man! Gorgious rich color, DOF of field just the way I like it (Shallow) and the is great. I think I like your Black framing better though. Damion

Sami, Very dramatic...I just love the shadow content of this photo...very expressive. Your compositon is wonderful....this walking path makes you wonder where it leads. You did a fine job at showing so much detail yet showing just enough. Bravo! Regards, Damion

Too awesome!! Love the the highkey look...skin tones...composition and rotation. Very very excellent. So much personality...it just says "Child" to me. I have a five year old with brig brown eyes so those big browns get me all the time. Good catch ligt in the eyes too. You inspire me to improve my work with children. Keep em comming. Damion

Janet, Beautiful shot. The fireworks are so clean and clear. Fantastic long exposure. Unfortunately I agree with you...I think the pole is more distracting than complimentive in this case. I guess if you have a good couple of hours you could PS it out. Not a task I would want!! Still a great capture! Regards, Damion

Gotta love those Canons. Respectively, this image just looks like you have some good film grain in it for ISO 3200. Ligting is soft and pleasant with a nice catch light in the eyes. Fantastic job with the lighting you had to work with.
